Joseph Guigli is a seasoned sales professional with almost 20 years of experience in the plastics and rubber machinery industry. He began his career as a Mechanical Engineer at Davis-Standard, where he excelled in designing extrusion equipment and complete extrusion lines. He later transitioned to sales and management roles, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and leading product development initiatives. He rose to become the VP of Aftermarket Sales for North America before founding JCM Plastics Machinery in 2024, where he currently serves as President. Joseph is skilled in engineering design, technical sales, and customer relationship management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont.
